The Telecom FM GSM Route BRI connects to the ISDN2e port of a telephone system and allows extension users to make calls directly to the GSM Mobile Phone Network.

The GSM Route BRI can take 2 SIM cards allowing 2 simultaneous phone calls to/from the mobile phone network - the unit comes pre-configured so it can easily be connected to a spare ISDN2e trunk port of your business phone system so you can start using it simply by inserting your SIM cards, connecting it to the mains and using like an additional ISDN2e phone line.

The Telecom FM GSMRoute BRI is supplied with a serial interface programming lead and CD containing the programming tool which is easy to use so you can configure the GSM Gateway to route calls differently if required.

Intelligent call routing, there is no requirement for dedicated ports on the PBX and no PBX re-programming is required

Network fail-safe - the GSM-Route BRI will adapt to loss of either the GSM or ISDN network and continue to provide a partial service

Wireless Local Loop operation - the GSM-Route BRI is capable of operating as a wireless local loop without being connected to an ISDN network

Automatically detects the ISDN configuration of the basic rate interface and adapts to either point-to-point or point-to-multipoint operation

PBX least cost routing over-ride allows the customer to take advantage of indirect access savings as well as lower GSM costs

Multi-network - the product can be set up to support multiple networks with dual GSM modules and locked to those networks to prevent abuse


This is a dual band GSM nunit operating on the 900/1800Mhz GSM networks so will work with SIM cards from O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone and Orange. This unit does not work with SIM cards from 3 Mobile.
