Single earpiece headsets are perfect for use in offices or call centre environments where you need to be able to talk to those around you whilst taking calls. The Agent 700 is the other single earpiece headset we stock, suitable for those answering high volumes of calls. It features a noise cancelling setting, ideal for use in noisy call centres or workplaces. Double earpiece headsets deliver superior sound quality to both ears, with the Agent 600 and 800 providing crystal clear call quality and allowing the user to focus entirely on the call, even in a noisy environment.

Plantronics are one of the most popular headset manufacturers on the market, and we stock a full range of their headsets, including wireless options. The Supra Monaural Corded Telephone Headset is a best seller, combining a durable headset frame with comfort and crystal clear call quality. We can also offer this headset in double earpiece (binaural) style. Both options have noise cancelling features built in and also use noise cancelling microphones to eliminate up to 75% of background noise. A useful feature is the quick disconnect button, which places the caller on hold and allows users to leave their desk without removing the headset. All Plantronics headsets come with a two year warranty as standard.

We stock the Plantronics CS60 Wireless Headset, which has a range of up to 100m from your desk. This headset is stylish and lightweight, and can be worn in three positions: behind the neck, headband style, or over the ear, allowing a comfortable fit for all users. With up to nine hours of talk time, this headset has an automatic answer feature, so calls are connected as soon as the headset is lifted from the base.

Our range of Jabra headsets includes the award winning Jabra Pro 9470 Bluetooth Wireless headset, which utilises state of the art technology to provide crystal clear call clarity. The three devices include a desk, mobile and softphone for multiuse connectivity, all mounted on a stylish black headset base which features a touch-screen display. The headset connects to the base using DECT technology for reliable call quality with up to 150m range.
