Choosing an Orchid phone system for your business can be tricky. Here at Discount Phone Systems, we have compiled a useful list of all the Orchid models we have in stock, allowing you to compare each system's features in an instant.

We stock a wide range of Orchid analogue phone systems and accessories to suit all business requirements and budgets. A great place to start is the Orchid PBX206. This small business phone system is easy to install and use, with up to 2 lines and 6 extensions. It is ideal for start-ups and small businesses, as well as home workers wishing to tell the difference between personal and business calls. With RJ11 sockets, installation by the end user is simple, and the PBX206 comes complete with cables and power adapter - everything you will need to install and deploy your system. Other useful features include auto attendant and music on hold.

For businesses requiring up to 3 lines and 8 extensions, the Orchid PBX308+ system offers great value for money and is easy to install by the end user. With a conference call feature which allows for 2 internal extensions and 1 external call to be connected, the PBX308+ also features DISA (Direct Inward Station Access) Auto Attendant (press 1 for customer services, 2 for sales etc.). The PBX308+ has 99 system speed dials and the ability to forward calls to your secretary automatically when the line is busy.

Larger companies looking for up to 4 lines and 16 extensions can choose from the Orchid PBX416+ or the KS416. The main difference between these two systems is that the KS416 uses dedicated key phones which provide information on the lines being used (Line Keys) and has dedicated keys for transferring calls or putting a caller on hold.

The PBX416+ connects 4 PSTN analogue telephone lines and up to 16 standard analogue telephones. With all the features of the PBX308+ system, including auto attendant, 99 system speed dials, and internal call forwarding, the PBX308+ system comes with square type RJ11 sockets. With most analogue phones having a BT plug, if you wish to connect phones directly to the system you will need to purchase RJ11 to BT adapters, which we can supply in 10m or 20m lengths. Everything else that you will need to get started with the system is included in the package, with a user guide for easy installation and setup.

The Orchid KS416 Key System uses key phones such as the Orchid KP416 or Agent 1100 Business Phone. It features most of the same functions as the PBX416+, including 99 system speed dials, internal call forwarding and power failure transfer. It is an excellent choice for companies who need to see what lines are being used, select specific lines for outbound calls and would like to benefit from easier call management and transferring.
