The OptiPoint 420 Economy Plus is a multi-line IP phone that provides high fidelity voice quality via the integrated G.722 wideband codec. Comes with an alphanumeric 2x24 display and with OptiGuide for softkey-like functionality. The device supports hands-free listening. It also supports CorNet-IP, includes both 10/100Base-T with VLAN support, enables CTI (TAPI) over IP and includes 12 function keys with LEDs. The OptiPoint 420 Economy Plus phone is wall mountable.

The Optipoint 420 range of IP phones uses Power over LAN in accordance with IEEE 802.3af and as such is not provided with a mains power supply. An optional Mains power supply is available and is listed as an Add On Option for this phone.
