The main difference between the standard Orchid 416 Phone System and the Orchid KS416 Key Phone System is the KS416 uses the dedicated Key Phones which provide information of lines being uised (Line Keys), and dedicated function keys for Hold, Transfer etc. This means that when using the KS416 phone system and key phones it is simple to see what lines are being used, select particular lines for outbound calls and easier transferring and management of calls.
